Costume updates! Cause I finally got off my lazy ass adn started taking progress pictures
First though. here is another hat that I made for one of my firends
Doc Worth from Hanna is Not a Boy's Name. I love this thing but at the same time it gives me the creeps >_>
Now one to costumess!!!!!
Casimiro also from Hanna is Not a Boy's Name. I have all of the clothoing pieces finished now all I need is body paint, thetrical contacts, and a wig. The first picture of his jack is of a hidden pocket on the inside that I can keep all my stuff in. Yay hidden pockets!!! Then there's a front view and then one of the cuffs with faux buttons cause making a real button cuff is too much effort. I'm loving this thing :3
Then we have a Lady Gaga costume from the Alejandro music video. The body suit is nude and then covered in black lace. The cloak is Faux suede and has lace sleeves, it will have snap closers at the neck to keep it together. I love this thing because of all of the lace. It's going to be epic.
That's all I have right now.

Casimiro Costume
Once I get an idea I have a serious problem slamming on the breaks with it. >_>
I've been looking up different kinds of body paint, not only becaseu do I find it super interesting but I have several costumes coming up that will require me to paint large portions of my skin and I don't want it to be one of those horible experiances where I am melting like i've seen some people do when they use grease paint of cheapy halloween quailty make up. Or even worse use paint that comes off. I saw someone who was a smurf last year and they paint had come off between her joints and on her hands and it looks super bad. I totally don't want that to happen to me o.o I'd be mortified.
I've decided on PAX paint. Not only have I read several good things about it, but I can also mix it myself and I am not limited by someone elses color pallet. I've ordering a couple of bottles of non-tacky Pros-aide here in a few weeks and hopefully it works out like everyone has said it will. I've also had the fun of researching several translucent powders. Which believe it or not not all of them are translucent even though they say that on the package. I have decided to go with the Sephora brand. It make be a little pricey at $20 when I could just use baby powder. But I don't particularly feel like smelling of babies for long amounts of time. Also the Sephora brand help with oily skin and sweat, thats a big plus. Cause my skin will end up getting oily by the end of the day and I'm sure I'll end up sweating as I run around like a crrrrazzzzy person. lol
I also went out and bought some new men's clothing. That sounds odd, but when you are going to be dressed as a man it makes perfect sense to by men's clothing. Which tends to be expecially hard for me since I am apperently so small by men's standards at least. The problem is though I have a super short torso, so well see how this goes. I also bought women's straight leg pants verses mens, for the simple reason that the leg on the men's was way too wide and made me look chunckier than I'm going for. But the pair I found does a pretty good job of hiding curves so I think I'll be fine.
Now all I'm missing for this costume is the contacts and the wig!!! :3 I'm super excited!!!!
I'll be posting up pictures of all of the clothing soon. i still have to finish the jacket.

:3
I adore American Comics.
I'd just like to say that, i did have the Anime/Manga faze but i do believe that I can safely say that I am totally over it. I like when my characters look different instead of all the same with different hair =_=
Yeah I do still go to technically Anime Conventions but it seriously is just for the excuse to wear a costume. I usually don't even recongnize half the costumes I see other people in. One of these days I'll make it to a real Comic Con. o.o
And that really is all I have to say. Random I know but I was looking at my book shelf and there is a lot of manga taking up some much need space. I totally need to get rid of the crap.

One a Day
I'm doing a drawing a day this month (December). That is 31 drawings woo!! Check my DA to see each one as they get done. http://noblae.deviantart.com/
There is no theme to any of this so, it could be fan art, Infinity Goes Both Ways, BDA stuff, pretty much what ever i feel like drawing that day and doesn't look like crap. XD
